To demonstrate the safety and efficacy of testis-sparing surgery (TSS) in 2 specific circumstances: small, nonpalpable masses suspected to be benign and masses suspicious for germ cell tumor in a solitary or functionally solitary testicle or bilateral disease.Renal Mass Biopsy is Associated with Reduction in Surgery for Early-Stage Kidney Cancer
To determine whether use of renal mass biopsy may be associated with a reduction in surgery for patients with small, localized renal cell carcinoma (cT1aN0M0), especially among older patients and patients with greater comorbidity burden.
