Uretero-Colonic Fistula Secondary to a Foreign Body Ingestion: Laparoscopic Approach in a Pediatric Patient

      The most common causes of uretero-colonic fistulas are penetrating injury, iatrogenic trauma, and ureteric lithiasis.

      Spontaneous uretero-colonic fistula is a rare complication of foreign body ingestion. Most pass through the gastrointestinal tract without problems and less than 1% produces perforation.
